By accessing AI Central Tools (AICT) at aicentraltools.com you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

AICT provides 235+ AI-powered tools, step-by-step guided workflows, AI agents, and a prompt library covering content writing, SEO, image generation, business, education, and creative use-cases in 15 languages (EN, DE, CS, ES, FR, PT, JA, KO, PL, AR, IT, NL, SV, TR, HI). Access is Freemium SaaS.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free accounts: 5 AI uses/day. Pro ($14/month or $134/year): unlimited uses, FLUX.1-schnell image generation (up to 50/day), AI compare mode, priority processing. Billing via Stripe. Cancel any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AICT to generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content; infringe IP rights; circumvent usage limits; or violate any applicable law. We may suspend violating accounts.

5. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are produced by large language models (Llama 3.1, Qwen 2.5, GPT-4o-mini) or image models (FLUX.1-schnell). AI outputs may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The AICT platform and software are owned by AI Central Tools. AI-generated outputs from your inputs are yours to use, subject to underlying model licenses.

7. Privacy

Your use of AICT is governed by our Privacy Policy at aicentraltools.com/privacy-policy/.

8. Payments and Refunds

Pro plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn 30% recurring commission for 12 months per the Affiliate Terms at aicentraltools.com/affiliate-terms/. Minimum $50 threshold for monthly payouts.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AICT is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service or that AI outputs will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AICT shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes communicated via email or site notice.
