Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every paid AICT plan (Starter and Pro, monthly or annual) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will refund your subscription in full — no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address registered on your AICT account. Include your Stripe receipt or subscription ID. We process refunds via Stripe within 3 business days; funds typically reach your bank in 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
3. After 30 Days
Subscription fees are non-refundable after the initial 30-day window. You can cancel any time from your account dashboard to stop future billing — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Annual Plans
Annual plans are also covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. After day 30, annual plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing year. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the next anniversary.
5. Failed or Duplicate Charges
Failed charges are not collected — no refund needed. Duplicate charges (rare) are refunded automatically within 24h once detected by our Stripe reconciliation cron. If you spot a duplicate before we do, email [email protected] and we will expedite.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve almost every issue within one business day, faster than your card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension.
7. EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the EU have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). The 30-day AICT guarantee meets and exceeds this requirement.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes communicated via email or site notice. Existing refund requests are honored under the policy in effect at time of purchase.
