Why does the chat say it doesn't know?
The chatbot's knowledge has a training cutoff and is grounded only in our public docs + tools. For specifics about your account, use the support contact form.

What the chatbot knows
The AI Central Tools chatbot is a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) bot grounded in:
- Our public documentation + this help center.
- The catalog of 330+ tools (descriptions, inputs, expected outputs).
- Recent blog posts.
- Pricing + feature pages.
What it does NOT know
- Your account-specific data (it can't see your saved outputs, billing details, or workflow history).
- Real-time events outside its training cutoff (use Live Trends for current X/Twitter data).
- Anything from before account creation (if you signed up yesterday, it can't tell you about runs from before yesterday — none exist).
- Future product features unless they're already published.
Why it says "I don't know"
This is good behavior, not a bug. We tuned the chatbot to err on the side of admitting uncertainty rather than hallucinating answers. If it doesn't have grounded sources, it says so.
What to do when it says I don't know
- Rephrase your question. Be specific.
- Bad: "How do I make money?"
- Good: "How does the AICT affiliate program payout work?"
- Try the help center search bar at top. It searches just this knowledge base.
- For account-specific questions, check /account/ directly or contact support.
- For future features, check the public roadmap or vote.
Confidence level
The chatbot displays a confidence indicator:
- 🟢 High confidence — strong source match.
- 🟡 Medium — partial match, verify with docs.
- 🔴 Low — admits uncertainty, suggests human support.
