How do I integrate with Zapier?

Search "AI Central Tools" in Zapier, connect with your API key, then use any of 30+ tool actions in your Zaps.

Setup (3 minutes)

  1. In Zapier, create a new Zap.
  2. For an action step, search AI Central Tools.
  3. Pick an action (e.g. "Generate Blog Post", "Rewrite Content", "Generate Image").
  4. Connect account. Paste your API key (from /account/api/) and a memorable name. Test connection.
  5. Configure the action's input fields — Zapier auto-populates fields from the previous step.
  6. Test step. Publish Zap.

Available Zapier actions

  • 30+ tool actions: Blog Post, Email Sequence, Social Post, Headline, Meta Description, Translate, Summarize, etc.
  • 5 trigger actions: New Run Completed, New Workflow Completed, New Webhook Event, Quota Threshold, etc.
  • 3 search actions: Find Run by ID, Find Saved Output, Find Brand Voice Profile.

Common Zap patterns

  • RSS → Blog summary → Notion: auto-summarize industry feed daily, save to Notion.
  • Form submission → Personalized email: Typeform user signs up, AICT generates onboarding email, Gmail sends.
  • Spreadsheet row → Tweet thread: Sheets new row, AICT generates tweet thread, Twitter/X posts.
  • Calendly booking → Brief: new meeting, AICT auto-drafts a 1-page brief, sends to attendees.

Pricing

  • Zapier integration is free with any Pro+ plan.
  • Each Zap step that calls AICT counts as 1 API call (against your monthly quota).
  • Zapier's own per-task pricing applies.

Troubleshooting

  • 401 Unauthorized: API key copied wrong or revoked. Regenerate.
  • 422 Unprocessable Entity: required input field empty.
  • 429 Rate limit: Zap too aggressive — add a Delay step between calls.
