How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password" on the sign-in page. We email a reset link valid for 1 hour.

How do I change my email?
/account/profile/ → edit email. We send a confirmation link to the new address; click it to complete the change.

How do I delete my account?
/account/danger-zone/ → Delete account. Cancellation is immediate; data is permanently erased within 30 days (GDPR-compliant).

How do I export my data (GDPR)?
/account/privacy/ → Export data. We zip everything (profile, runs, workflows, brand voice, billing) and email a secure download link within 24h.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email, or visit /account/email-preferences/ for granular control by category.
