How do I reset my password?

Resetting your password

1. Go to /account/ → Sign in.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your account email.
4. Check your inbox. The email arrives within 1 minute (check spam if not).
5. Click the reset link (valid 1 hour).
6. Enter a new password (min 12 chars, mix of letters + number recommended; we don't enforce specific symbols but encourage strong passwords via the strength meter).
7. You're auto-signed-in.

Didn't get the email?

• Check spam. Look for sender [email protected].
• Verify the email is right. If you're unsure which email you used, contact support.
• Whitelist aicentraltools.com if your corporate email filter is aggressive.
• OAuth signup? If you signed up with Google or GitHub, you don't have a password — sign in via the OAuth provider.

Lost access entirely

If you no longer have access to your signup email, contact support with proof of identity (last 4 of card on file, recent run history). Recovery typically completes in 24h.

Account security

We recommend:

• Unique password (use a manager: 1Password, Bitwarden, etc.).
• 2FA: enable at /account/security/ (TOTP via Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).
• Don't share API keys via email or chat — use secret managers (Doppler, AWS Secrets Manager).
