How do I delete my account?

How to delete

1. Sign in.
2. Visit /account/danger-zone/.
3. Click Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation modal carefully. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and your password.
5. Click confirm.
6. You're logged out. Your account is soft-deleted (recoverable for 7 days).
7. After 7 days: hard delete kicks in. All personal data is permanently erased within 30 days total.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, preferences).
• All saved outputs.
• Brand voice profiles.
• Custom workflows + agent definitions.
• API keys (revoked).
• Webhook subscriptions.
• Usage analytics tied to your user ID (aggregated stats remain anonymized).
• Stripe subscription is cancelled (no further charges).

What's retained (legal obligation)

• Invoices and tax records: retained 7 years per accounting law (Czech Republic). These contain your billing email + amount only — the underlying account data is gone.
• Audit logs of security events: retained 12 months for fraud / abuse investigation.

During the 7-day grace period

If you change your mind, sign in again — we'll show a recovery banner. Click Recover my account to restore everything.

After 7 days: irreversible. We can't recover deleted data.

Active subscription?

Deletion cancels your subscription immediately. Within 14 days of first payment? You're entitled to a refund — request at the deletion confirmation modal.
