Cancellation on annual
Flexible: if you cancel mid-year, you keep access until the end of the year. If you cancel within 30 days of starting annual, full refund (money-back guarantee). Beyond 30 days, we don't refund partial annuals automatically (because the discount was applied upfront), but contact support — we usually credit on a case-by-case basis for hardship situations (job loss, etc.).
Annual + tier change mid-term
- Upgrade mid-year: prorated charge for the difference, applied to the rest of the year.
- Downgrade mid-year: lower tier kicks in at next renewal; no refund of the year's annual.
