How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email, or visit /account/email-preferences/ for granular control by category.

Quick unsubscribe

Every non-transactional email has a one-click Unsubscribe link in the footer (CAN-SPAM + GDPR compliant). Clicks are honored immediately — typically you stop receiving emails of that type within 1 hour.

Granular preferences

Visit /account/email-preferences/. Toggle categories on/off independently:

What's transactional vs marketing

Transactional (legally required to send — cannot opt out):

  • Password reset emails
  • Billing receipts
  • Security alerts
  • GDPR confirmations

Marketing (opt-out anytime): everything else.

Re-subscribing

If you change your mind, toggle back on at /account/email-preferences/. No penalty for unsubscribing-then-resubscribing.

Bounces

If your inbox bounces our emails repeatedly, we auto-pause sends to that address (protects our sender reputation). Add [email protected] to your contacts to avoid bounce loops.
