We need a fifth backend engineer who can own a system end-to-end -- spec, ship, run -- without us inventing a tech-lead title. **Stack:** Go, Postgres 16, Temporal, GCP, OpenTelemetry. We pick boring tools on purpose. **You'll likely thrive if:** you've run a distributed system in production, you read other people's logs before asking, and you write a postmortem like it's a gift to the next engineer. **Compensation:** $170-210K + 0.1-0.3% equity, transparent across the band.
