Output (excerpt)
I spent four years at a B2B SaaS where every Monday morning started the same way: a 600-row spreadsheet of customer feedback, three Slack channels yelling about churn risks, and no way to tell whether the loudest customer was also the biggest. We shipped what was urgent. We almost never shipped what mattered. I built the first version of FeedbackFlow because I wanted my Monday morning back. One ingestion point. One scoring system. One ranked roadmap our PMs and execs could actually defend. Four years later, we're profitable, fully remote, and intentionally small. We grow when the product earns it — not when a VC tells us to. Our customers stay because we make calm software for noisy work.
