How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit /account/subscription/ → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; no refund for unused days unless within 14-day window.

Steps to cancel

  1. Sign in and go to /account/subscription/.
  2. Click Manage subscription — opens the Stripe customer portal.
  3. Click Cancel plan.
  4. Confirm by typing "cancel".
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes.

What happens after cancellation

  • Until the end of your billing period: full access — Pro features keep working as if nothing changed.
  • At period end: account drops to Free tier. 5 runs/day. Saved outputs and brand voice profiles remain accessible (read-only).
  • No surprise charges. The cancellation prevents the next renewal.

Refunds

See Do you offer refunds?. TL;DR: full refund within 14 days of first payment, no refund on renewals.

Pausing instead of cancelling

Pro and above can pause for 1–3 months instead. Click Pause in the customer portal. Pause is free; subscription resumes automatically. Useful for vacation, parental leave, or seasonal businesses.

Lost access right after cancelling?

You shouldn't — access continues to the end of the period. If you do, contact support and we'll restore it within 24 hours.

Re-subscribing

Welcome back any time. Your saved data, workflows, and brand voice profiles are preserved indefinitely on the Free tier.
