How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit /account/subscription/ → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; no refund for unused days unless within 14-day window.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Beyond that, we evaluate case-by-case for genuine issues.

What is overage billing?
If you exceed your tier's monthly API call quota, additional calls are billed at $0.005 each (cheaper than upgrading for occasional spikes).

How does annual billing work?
Pay once per year, get 2 months free (~17% discount). Same features, same flexibility — cancel anytime with pro-rated refund.
