How do you handle my data?

TL;DR

• We keep your input and the result for up to 90 days to run the service, prevent abuse and, if you're signed in, show your history. They are processed by the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell them.
• Anonymous visitors too: a run without an account is stored the same way, with a hashed IP address instead of an account, and deleted after 90 days.
• AI training: we don't train AI models on your inputs or results. Which AI providers process a run is in "Is my data used to train AI?".

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name and, for paid plans, the Stripe customer ID and subscription status (Stripe holds the card details).
• Tool runs: the text you enter, the tool used, the time and the outcome, for up to 90 days. Signed-in users also see their runs in the Tool History of their account for 90 days.
• What you choose to keep: runs you star, prompts you save as favorites and outputs you save to a project stay until you delete them or your account is deleted.
• Usage counters: how many runs you made today, to apply the daily limit.
• Cookies: session and login cookies, your cookie-banner choice and, only with your consent, analytics. See the Cookie Policy.

Where data is stored

Our servers are in Germany (Hetzner, EU), with encrypted nightly backups. The AI providers that process a run, including those outside the EU, are listed in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You can export your data or ask for your account to be deleted from your account's privacy settings, or by emailing [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
