Who can see my tool outputs?
Only you. Outputs are private by default — even AICT staff need explicit per-case permission to view. Saved workflows can be shared if you choose.

Default: private to you
When you run a tool, the output is:
- Returned to your browser only. Not logged in plain text.
- Saved to your dashboard ONLY if you click Save. By default, ephemeral runs aren't stored.
- Visible only to your signed-in account. Other users cannot enumerate or guess your outputs.
What AICT staff can see
By default: nothing about your run content. Our internal dashboards show:
- Anonymized run counts per tool.
- Aggregate token usage.
- Error rates.
We cannot see what you generated unless:
- You file a support ticket and explicitly attach your output.
- You enable support access at /account/support-access/ for a specific case (auto-revokes after 7 days).
We don't browse your saved outputs for fun. There's no internal tool that lets staff search by user.
Sharing voluntarily
- Saved workflows: can be shared via link (private link) or published to marketplace (public). Workflow definitions, not historical run outputs.
- Brand voice profiles: shareable within your team (Agency tier). Never public.
- Saved outputs: can be shared via per-output Share link (toggle on a saved output → "Anyone with link can view"). Disabled by default.
Team accounts
Agency tier with multiple seats: you control which seat can see what. Default: each user sees only their own runs. Admin can grant cross-user visibility per project.
Outputs in compliance contexts
If law enforcement subpoenas data, we comply only with valid legal process (search warrant or equivalent). We notify the user where lawfully possible. Last 12 months: zero requests received.
Full policy: /legal/transparency-report/.
