Where is my data stored?
On our servers in Germany (Hetzner, EU). The AI providers that process a run are listed in the Privacy Policy; some are outside the EU.

Our servers
The site, your account and your tool runs live on Hetzner servers in Germany (EU), with encrypted nightly backups.
How long
We keep your input and the result for up to 90 days to run the service, prevent abuse and, if you're signed in, show your history. They are processed by the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell them. This applies to anonymous visitors too: their runs are stored with a hashed IP address instead of an account. Runs you star, prompts you save as favorites and outputs you save to a project stay until you delete them or your account is deleted.
AI providers
To generate an output, the text you enter is sent to the AI provider that Conductor picks for the task. The full list is in section 7 of the Privacy Policy. Some providers are in the United States and, for a few code and structured-output tools, in the People's Republic of China; those transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. Don't submit personal or confidential data to a tool if that is not acceptable to you.
Payments
Card details go to Stripe; we store only the Stripe customer ID and the subscription status.
