Do you offer refunds?

Yes — full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Beyond that, we evaluate case-by-case for genuine issues.

Standard refund window: 14 days

If within 14 days of your first paid charge you decide it's not for you, we issue a full refund. No justification required. Email [email protected] or click Request refund in your account.

After 14 days

We don't auto-refund renewals. However, we evaluate exceptional cases:

  • You were charged for a tier you didn't intend (e.g. accidental upgrade, missed downgrade): pro-rata refund.
  • Service outage that prevented you from using your subscription (>48 hours of major outage in a billing period): pro-rata credit.
  • Billing system error (charged twice, charged after cancel): immediate refund + investigation.

What's not refundable

  • API usage overages (consumed compute can't be returned).
  • Marketplace tool variant purchases (digital goods, immediate access).
  • Any charge older than 60 days (Stripe limits).

How long does it take?

  • Card refunds: 5–10 business days back to your statement.
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days.
  • Stripe customer portal credit: instant for next billing period.

Process

  1. Email [email protected] with your account email + reason.
  2. We respond within 24h on business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed immediately via Stripe.
  4. You'll get a confirmation email + Stripe receipt.
